Mastering AI Agents: From Blank Slates to Breakthroughs
In 2024, GenAI revolutionised the digital landscape. However, with product development often driven by technological advances, user experience frequently
takes a backseat, preventing the full realisation of AI’s benefits.
When it comes to AI agents – specialized large language models designed for specific tasks – users often face a daunting ‘blank slate’ and struggle to unlock their
true potential. Yet, these agents can dramatically enhance workplace efficiency and customer experiences.
So, how can we help users tap into the full potential of AI agents?
In this workshop, we’ll delve into the common barriers and drivers of AI agent adoption, drawing on months of in-depth, mixed-methods research. We’ll present practical, proven strategies to ensure effective uptake of AI agents in your workplace.
What you will learn:
- Insights into common attitudes and behaviours towards AI products
- Key barriers to AI adoption
- Practical methods to overcome these barriers for successful implementation and improved efficiency in your business
